Sponsorship Request Form
If you have a sponsorship request that you would like Overland Sertoma Club to consider funding, please click here to download the form, fill it out, and return it to the address at the bottom of the form. Please keep in mind that:
- It usually takes at least 30 days for the Sponsorship Committee to review a request
- Requests for more than $500 may require additional documentation
- Sponsorships funded this year are not guaranteed funding for future years
- We have limited funds to distribute, we cannot fulfill all requests, and we give the highest priority to LOCAL charities that focus on "speech and hearing needs" and on "projects that help disadvantaged youth"
